Show Rules
We will be running 3 rings at the same time; CM/AR, OF and China. CM/AR will be double judged in both breed and workmanship. OF will be double judged in both breed and collectability - so bring your documentation! It will be a busy day, so be prepared!
- Entries are limited to THREE (3) horses per class, one halter class per horse
- Do not pick up horses you don't own. You break it, you just bought it
- Be considerate and respectful to others at all times (that includes the judges and the showholder) - no "negative-nancy-ing"!
- $1 buy-ins are allowed. Don't choose between your favorites! Bring them all! Just leave your $1 on the table with your extra entry when your class is called and the judges will collect it.
- If you have any questions about what class to put a horse in, please ask the the judge where they want them
Tags
All models must be tagged (or 3x5 carded)! Mini Moos will use the EMCAT entrant numbers for all entrants and their horses. If you DO NOT already have an Entrant Number, please email Daralyn Wallace (at [email protected]).
The front of the tag/card should have only the model’s entry number, breed and gender showing. Only this side should be where the judge can see it. The tag/card back can have the model's name and your name so you can ID them if you lose a tag. Since minis are so small, you may use a 3x5 card to display the information if you do not want to fight with a tag on tiny legs. These will not be collected by the judges, so please take them with you when your class is over.

Horse ListsA LIST of all your horses must be turned in to the show holder before you leave the show or submitted by email. This is the exhibitor’s responsibility; if you fail to turn in a list and we can't identify your horse, you risk losing NAMHSA qualifications. If you choose to hand write your list - please write legibly or it will be open to interpretation.
You may also e-mail your lists to the show holder. |
